Lava
Non-Adhesive Embolizing Liquid for the embolization of lesions in the neurovasculature and peripheral vasculature, including arteriovenous malformations (AVM) and hypervascularized tumors.
Details of the product
- Composed of a co-polymer (EVOH) + DMSO + Tantalum Powder to facilitate its visibility during the procedure.
- Kit components:
- One 1,5mL vial of LAVA
- One 1,5 mL vial of DMSO
- A 1mL syringe for DMSO (blue)
- Two 1 mL syringes for LAVA (white)
- Non-adhesive, latest EVOH co-polymer technology.
- Different degrees of viscosity (12cst, 18cst and 34cst), to adapt to different types of clinical treatment requirements.
- Improved fluidity, deeper penetration into the nidus and microvasculature.
- Release to achieve complete occlusion in a stable and controlled manner.
- Excellent visibility thanks to a greater micronization of the size of the tantalum powder.
